BedsDelivered.ie place utmost importance on ensuring all of our bases, mattresses and headboards meet your expectations. If your product is damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described, please let us know immediately within 24 hours via email and to arrange collection with us. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, with all tags, in full unopened original packaging, in a saleable and undamaged state. We will initiate the refund process immediately upon receipt of the item. Depending on payment method used, this could take up to 28 days.
In the event of the item not fitting your room due to wrong measurements supplied by the customer, as a gesture of goodwill, we will offer a credit note for the item which can be redeemed against any of our products. For bespoke, custom-made orders, returns will not be possible.
Payment and Taxes
BedsDelivered.ie accepts online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. All prices are shown in Euro, and are correct at the time of publication.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email or phone call from us within 48hr of your order to arrange delivery time and date. Items in stock will be delivered to you within 3 working days. If items need to be ordered from our manufacturers, we will update you of the delivery lead time. If in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or discontinued, we will let you know as early as possible, and offer a full refund, or suggest an alternative item. For bespoke orders, we will agree a delivery lead time with each customer directly.
